Master's Report
I'm going to be working on Master's Report in the next few months.
At this time (might change), my plan is to re-visit the KDD Cup 2005 competition. I plan to use new techniques to solve the same problem. The advantage is that - I already have an understanding of the problem and I can compare the results of the new techniques with my simplistic Naive Bayes/Active Learning submission.
I hope to use SVMs as my classifier. There are several issues that I'll discuss in the next weeks with this approach.
